When I was home on Fridays with my pre-schooler, we always had Fish Finger Fridays. With the oven already hot from the Yummy scrummy carrot cake I made this morning, it seemed like a fine time to resurrect our ritual.

Note the vaguely healthy roasted chips and generous portion of veg, please.
